100074 - Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant - IT

- Work Location: District 10, HCMC

- Monthly Salary: 60M ~ 100M

- Provide support in a pre- sales capacity (demos, proposals)
- Conduct discovery workshops with clients to gather requirements, perform “As- Is”, and Fit/Gap analysis, and align Salesforce technology’s offerings and capabilities to the client’s business needs
- Conduct UAT, core user/end- user training on implemented solutions
- Participate in developing software applications using Salesforce technologies
- Continually improve knowledge and expertise on Salesforce.com solutions, knowledge sharing, and training to newcomers.
- Develop and deliver documentation deliverables across the project phases
- Engage the internal implementation team on client requirements, solution design, build, testing, and solution delivery
- Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

・Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Functional Consultant/ Business Analyst in Salesforce projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills; ability to influence through communication.
- Good analysis, design thinking, and critical skills.
- Joined at least 2 full cycles of Salesforce projects
- Able to work in multi- cultural and multi- geolocation teams.
- Client engagement experience across the APAC region a plus.
- Highly motivated and success oriented.
