100157 - Chief Accountant - Plastics Plant

- Work Location: Phu Loc District, Thua Thien Hue Province

- Monthly Salary: 30M ~ 35M

<Position Objective/Expectation >Be the 1st local member of the company, supporting the setting up of its new factory in the Middle of Vietnam

・Before opening the new factory(Jan 2024 ~ April 2024)
‐Application procedures to register as an EPE company
‐Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Director
‐Setting up procedures for the new factory

・After opening the new factory (Plan is from May 2024)
‐Liaise and negotiate with Banks, Tax Authorities, and other related Parties.
‐HR, Admin, Registration, and Legal related tasks
‐Do monthly and yearly Accounting & Finance closing, report, and advice to the Management Board, HQ, and other government offices
‐Assist in forecasts and preparation of fiscal budgets
‐Supervise and check all transactions in the accounting process for the whole company by regulations
‐Cash flow management

・Experience: At least 3 years of working experience as a Chief Accountant
・Others: Those who do not limit their work and are willing to work on other needs besides accounting
・Gender: Females prefer
・Education: College diploma or higher
・Language: Japanese or English Intermediate level
・Age: 33~46
