- Work Location: Phu My Town, Ba Ria- Vung Tau.

- Coordinate and monitor the performance of the equipment involved in the production process, controlling its maintenance, solving problems to avoid equipment breakdown and/or production shutdown
- Protect company assets and seek for better yield and product quality;
- Manage area goals and results (controls and reports);
- Monitor factory process controls (R3, stocks)
- Manage maintenance budget and maintenance investments;
- Coordinate, control, and implement good industrial maintenance practices;
- Study, coordinate, and monitor improvements in the factory in general;
- Develop and give technical and/or operational training, focused on the maintenance area;
- Provide technical assistance in order to maintain employee’s safety
- Manage Human Resources (lead teams, work plans, vacations, training, leaves, layoffs, hiring, maintain discipline and order in sectors);

・Language: English- Business Level
・Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in engineering
・Experience: Having around 3 years as a maintenance supervisor
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25~35
+ Read blueprints, understand measures, voltmeters, technical drawings, manuals and other materials.
+ High knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and civil maintenance
+ Good at math and computer knowledge are needed to operate production systems

<Preferable skills>- Activity- specific SAP / R3 system skill
