- Work Location: Bau Bang, Binh Duong

- Monthly Salary: 39M ~ 52M

・Work with QC team to meet client’s quality requirements and satisfy their demands.
・Develop production strategy in order to run the factory more efficiently with better quality.
・Make sure factory equipment is running at optimal efficiency.
・Ensure that shipping schedules are followed accurately
・Control and monitor the workers and machines with production manager.
・Analyze production data and making strategic recommendations to the Director
・Evaluate, hire, and train workers to follow our policies and procedures
・Maintain a content and motivate workforce through interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
・Create a maintenance procedure for every machine and ensure factory employees follow this procedure regularly.

・Have knowledge and experience in fields related to production engineering.
・Gender: Any
・Having working experience in Production management in a Japanese manufacturing company for over 5 years
・Age: 35- 45 years old
・Language: English- Business Level or Japanese- Business Level
・Educational Level: Bachelor&039;s Degree

・Have an idea and experience of automation and be able to use auto CAD and programming to run machines
・Living near company
