- Work Location: Binh Duong / Dong Nai or work from home

- Monthly Salary: 20M ~ 25M

- While collaborating with the Vietnam factory, working independently as a separate project and working directly with the Japanese head office to respond to OEM production requests.
- Demonstrating excellent management skills, proposing the most suitable production destination for orders from Japan, and producing high- quality products.

- Working with customers and the Japanese headquarters from home
- Quality and delivery control.
- Collaboration and reporting with Japanese headquarters
- Depending on the production situation, working at the factory and directly managing the production and quality situation.
- Searching for a factory that matches the furniture requested by the Japanese side
- Interpretation for business- related meetings

・Language: Japanese- Business Level and English- Conversational Level (reading & writing)
・Gender: Any
・Age: 28- 40
・Experience:
- Having 2- 3 years of experience in managing the production process
- Having working experience in a Japanese company
・Having skills to manage ordered projects
・Having the skill to control multiple tasks and a person in charge of production
・Can go to the factory by self (via motorbike or car)
・Can do report tasks by Japanese

・Having working experience in a Japanese furniture company
・Having good knowledge of furniture
