101829 - Customer Service Engineer - Team Leader - Industrial Printer

- Work Location: District 4, HCMC

- Monthly Salary: 25M ~ 28M

- Establishing and maintaining high customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coaching team members on technical skills.
- Maintaining levels of performance consistent with Key Performance Indicators.
- Reporting to Service Manager for all technical activities
- Maximizing customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and advice, and resolving problems.
- Accomplishing information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Learning about products and services and keeping up to date with changes.
- Providing on- site training to customers, or internal customers as a specific technical product champion.
- Performing aftersales service of hardware/software installation, commissioning, and on- site training.
- Other technical- related activities.
- Leading and supervising, assigning and allocating jobs for the team of customer service.

- Gender: Male Only
- Education: College / Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Language: English- Intermediate Level (Able to communicate with foreign customers)
- Age: 30- 35
- Experience:
+ Experience in both hardware and software services delivery, maintenance, and consulting.
+ At least 3 years of experience in the copier/ printer/ printing industry or relevant.

- Competent in computer and some common office application software.
- Customer- centric, winning spirit mindset.
- Good understanding and know- how on computer networking, servers, and databases.
- Work independently and teamwork, willing to travel extensively for business.
- Experience in industrial laser printing is a plus.
- Strong presentation analytical mind and problem- solving skills, results & quality oriented.
- Possess strong team dynamics and interest in customer care, Dynamic, Persuasive, Resilient, Driven, and willing to take on new challenges.
