Position: Japanese Speaking- Sales Staff (in Hanoi)- Trading

Responsibility

・In charge of sales activities to achieve the expected sales budget.
・Be contact person between the clients, internal QA team, and suppliers. Gather the information and contact with related parties.
・Follow up with the clients&039; production plan and production progress. Follow up with the suppliers&039; production and delivery plan.
・Search for new manufacturers based on the client&039;s requirements. Propose quotation and negotiate the cost with these manufacturers.
・Maintain relationships with existing clients. Developing new clients.
・Research and approach the targeted clients.
・Respond to proposals and negotiations such as sample proposals and quotations according to the clients&039; requests.
・Follow up with requirements from clients, including quotations, delivery, cost, and inventory.
・Create sales strategy in consideration of the client&039;s production forecast and market situation.

**Client ratio: 100% existing clients after onboarding. In the future, this ratio will gradually change to 80% existing- 20% new clients.**Business trips happen once per month or based on the client&039;s request.

- Monthly Salary: 16,000,000～20,000,000VND

- Working location: Ba Dinh District, Hanoi

Requirements

・Age: 24- 30 years old
・Gender: Male
・Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in Sales positions or QA/ QC/ Technical positions in the manufacturing industry.
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanics, Automation, Electricity, Materials Engineering)
・Language: Japanese Business level (equivalent to N3- N2)
English Conversational level (For documentation)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>Having knowledge of machining, stamping, plastic injection molding, and aluminum casting.

・Good customer service skills
・Excelent proposal and negotiation skills.
・Can work independently
・Can go on business trips
・Good communication and presentation skills.
・Can support assessing clients&039; needs and requirements.
・Good understanding of the technical products and information.
