- Work Location: District 01, HCM

- Monthly Salary: 17M ~ 23,2M

<Position Objective/Expectation >- Manage the production of apparel products and collaborate with production factories.

・Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
・Work with managers to implement the company&039;s policies and goals
・Make sure that products are produced on time & are of good quality
・Monitor product standards and implement quality- control programs
・Aware of all risks and troubles in the factory and have proper solutions
・Estimate costs and setting the quality standards
・Liaise among different departments to deploy the production effectively
・Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
・Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule
・Business trip: Go to Mekong Delta Area, 1- 2 times per week for 3 months of the year

・Language: Japanese- Business Level
・Experience: Having experience in order management in the apparel industry

・Has experience in studying, training, and working in Japan
・Has experience working in MD in the Apparel industry
