102530 - Japanese Speaking - Security Operation Staff - Service

- Work Location: Binh Thanh District, HCMC

- Monthly Salary: 15M ~ 20M

‐ Create a security plan, the security system varies depending on the client, security staffing (after 1 year)
‐ Report information on guard personnel, prepare assignments, and evaluations to the Japanese staff.
‐ Prepare work before the start of security, coordinate with sales and technical staff, and customer contact, ensure toilets to be hygienic and clean; ensure drinking water is sufficient;
‐ Manage equipment and training also come in (after one year)
‐ Aggrege and analyze application data (near manager)
‐ Suggest for operational efficiency and quality improvement (near manager)
‐ Prepare annual tasks
‐ Translate customer cases, own fact- finding and reporting, and information gathering for report preparation.

・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level
・Education: College diploma or higher
・Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in any job in any industry
・Others:
- Be able to use Microsoft Office
‐ Be able to contact at night and on holidays for emergency cases
- A person who can maintain a cooperative attitude and work together with everyone

<Preferable skill>・Working experience in Japanese company
