Production management: Creating production plans includes creating production schedules, quality control, cost control, inventory management, etc.
Human resources management:
- Improving team motivation, leadership, improving employee skills, problem- solving, and communication
- Recruitment, training, evaluation, and management of garment factory employees
Quality Assurance:
- Monitoring and improving quality control processes, analyzing causes of defective products
- Establishing and maintaining product quality standards
Safety management:
- Implementing safety measures and safety training for employees
- Establishing and maintaining workplace safety standards
Expertise: Special knowledge and skills related to sewing are required- - - It is necessary to explore knowledge about new sewing techniques and materials and incorporate them into the production process.
Cost Control and Efficiency:
- Implement efficient work processes and cost- reduction measures to maximize profits
- Managing production costs and eliminating waste
Communication with customers:
- Reflecting customer feedback in the production process
- Customer management/understanding customer needs
Building a system to develop online sales channels: Instagram/Alibaba/own website. This is built with detailed planning and additional personnel to execute professionally to achieve the goals needed to do it.
General knowledge of finance and accounting to operate production activities in accordance with prefectural regulations regarding tax and labor laws.

・Experience:
- At least 5 years of factory management experience
- Having 3 years or more of experience managing the entire manufacturing process in the apparel/ garment field (sewing and management training provided)
