102573 - Japanese Speaking - Import Specialist - Distribution

- Work Location: Dist.1, HCMC

- Monthly Salary: 20M ~ 23M

<Position Objective/Expectation >- Support for a license application for imported goods, management of the import process, Language translation for product labels

- Import license application business: trade business = 70%: 30%
- Translate work for packages and materials. Pre- check of HS code.
- Check in advance whether or not products to be imported from Japan can be imported. Register import- related license applications (NOC, TCCS, QR, etc.) with government agencies.
- Be in charge of label inventory management and ordering operations.
- After obtaining permission, conduct ordering and trading business with the Japanese head office and customers in Vietnam.
- Be responsible for translation work for packages and materials.
- Create label content for imported goods and upload information to make a label system

・Can read ＆ Write in English
・Having good knowledge of the Import process & wide trade process
・Bright and cooperative person
(Being able to wear makeup when working)
・Can work flexibly, this person must have high work motivation and challenge to work hard.
・Language: Business level in Japanese (N2)
・Having more than 3y working experience in Trade Procedures / Import- export
・Interested in cosmetics and daily necessities.

・Having working experience in a trading company
・Loving Japanese culture and willing to listen to different opinions
・Good communication skills in both Japanese ＆English
・Having Good knowledge of Import- Export
・Can work with multitasking
・Being able to handle situations, can recognize your own mistakes
・Able to seek and respond to own mistakes
・Having good knowledge of approval for Authorization Application of import cosmetics or supplements for health
・Interested in cosmetic ＆ daily necessities
