Position: Administration Assistant Manager- Airline Service
Responsibility
Human Resources:
・ Coordinate with the outsourcing company to perform the tasks related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, trade union, and personal income tax monthly
・Support and propose the annual salary increment, bonus round, and promotion following the company’s policy and direction
・Manage and lead the team to ensure the onboarding and offboarding procedures comply with the HQ and local laws and regulations
・Compilation of labour hours, overtime, monthly salary calculation and payroll
・Perform the annual assessment for subordinates following the company&039;s policies
・Oversee and manage the labour contracts and appendices. Termination of labour contracts
・Recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for open positions.
・Act as the bridge between the local office and regional HQ and HQ to ensure staff welfare and training arrangements are abreast
- Maintain employee personnel files and monitor the HR filing system
- Ensure compliance with all employment practices, policies, and legislation
- Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors, and management on human resource and work- related issues
Administration:
・Supervise the admin team to:
- Maintain all expat stuff such as work permit, car and driver, housing, school fee, and other expat facilities
- Ensure a smooth arrangement for business trips and related issues
- Maintain all office legal and permit documents, dealing and liaising with related external party
- Ensure sufficiency of office purchases such as pantry and stationery stock, other new office facilities, and give- away storage
- Ensure the office facility and assets are well- maintained
・Oversee and control funds for office special events such as year- end parties, team building, holiday celebrations and anniversaries
・Risk management
・Propose and manage the annual working schedule and office working hours in compliance with the HQ&039;s policies and local regulations
・ Work closely and maintain good relationships with the related authorities (CAAV, Immigration, Department of Labour, etc) and business partners (especially airport- related partners)
Accounting:
・Supervise the accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely tax compliance in collaboration with tax professionals
・Address audit findings and implement corrective actions
・Supervise the budget compilation and BUD- ACT control
・Supervise day- to- day accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
・Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements

- Monthly Salary: 33,000,000~40,000,000VND
