103643 - Accountant Assistant - Branding Agency

Work Location: Thu Duc City, HCMC
Monthly Salary: 17M ~ 18M

Responsibility

・Accounting (70%)
- Ensure all invoices and forms are properly maintained and correctly recorded into software
- Collect all the needed documents, fill files, and arrange documents (both hardcopy and softcopy)
・HR (20%)
- Control PIT deduction & documents related to PIT (not including payroll, and labor contracts)
- Manage, and declare social insurance, and medical Insurance for both foreign employees and Vietnamese employees
- Export attendance report, follow up timekeeping, prepare and manage monthly check- in file
・Admin (10%)
- Support IT quarterly maintenance or sudden requests
- Work with logistics suppliers to arrange import/export goods and customs clearance, if requested
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately
- Register and manage Grab, Taxi&039;s account, and taxi cards for employees
- Answer phone calls providing information and assistance

Requirements

・Language: English Business Level
・Others: Carefulness, proactiveness, teamwork, good at multiple tasks
・Education: Bachelor in Accounting degree
・Experience:1~2 years of working experience in accounting fields in any industry
・Have work experience in a Japanese company
・Having a good passion for the company’s service products and character&039;s business
