Position: Mold & Press’s Die Design Manager
Job Code: 104091
Responsibility
Manage all manpower, budget, information, cost, project…etc, and lead the team to hit the target.
Solve critical issues of the section by innovative methods
Organize, and cooperate with any related section to deal with the common issues at the company scope.
Develop career orientation for subordinates. Understand human resources to have a reasonable work arrangement.
Innovate, make plans, and promote improvement activities for process problems.
Set up KPI & strategy plans
- Working location: Đông Anh, Hà Nội
- Monthly Salary: Negotiation

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in the major of Engineering
- Knowledge and Skills: Professional in designing and improving the Die for Press & Mold in terms of capacity, quality, productivity, and safety
- Language: English- Business level and above (can communicate, present, and report to Japanese Director)
- Age: 35- 50. Gender: Any
- Experience: Have at least 5 years of working experience in Die Design for Press/Mold machine and at least 1 year of experience in Manager position

- Experience in the same field of company is preferred
- Japanese is prefer
