Work Location: Linh Trung, Thu Duc
Monthly Salary: 15M ~ 18M

Managing production activities:
- Prepare and organize the implementation of production orders.
- Control and directly manage activities in the production process.
Product quality control:
- Coordinate with Team Leaders, monitor, control, and report daily, weekly, and monthly production situations.
- Organize and implement quality assurance measures according to product standards.
- Control the process of handling non- conforming products and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Experience: Have 5 years of experience working at a mechanical machine tool manufacturer and at least 3 years of experience working in a product production management position.
- Have knowledge of NC and CNC machining; Able to set up and operate CNC machines; Master CNC management skills and processes
- Understanding of Kaizen, 5S.
- Know and use fingerprint 7 quality management and data analysis tasks.
- Experience in production process improvement activities.
- Language: English- Business Level OR Japanese- Business Level.
- Have knowledge of material temperature, CAD, CAM, SOLIDWORKS
- Education: Graduated from University majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related mechanical fields.
