Monthly Salary: 19M ~ 32M
Work Location: District 01, HCMC

- Review data and documents for VAT refund in each stage of the period
- Advise the HR department on some related issues
- To plan and follow the annual budget and forecast.
- Work directly with relevant agencies such as Tax, Bank, Insurance, Union, Labor Department
- Explain data and work directly with the Customs Authority
- Prepare Tax declaration and finalize PIT and coordinate with outsourcing partner to prepare declaration and finalize VAT, CIT, FCT…
- To control and analyze the expense and propose the cost saving (if any)
- Check all accounting records of transactions arising, controlling goods, receivables and payables, salary, insurance...
- Prepare Budget, forecast yearly, and monthly and advise to, Board of Director about the financial perspective
- Make sure all entries have been updated accurately in the system on the monthly closing date.
- Evaluate the company&039;s financial activities, and propose measures to improve financial performance.
- Coordinate and support the audit company to issue the report year audit
- Annual financial reports (Balance sheet, PnL, Cash flow, and notes to financial Statements)
- Other tasks as requested by superiors

・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in Accounting
・Language: English- Business Level
・Experience:
+ Have 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in Japanese Company
+ Chief Accountant Certificate is a must

・Experience in Trading or Manufacturing Company・Can use Japanese
