Position: Senior Marketing Staff- Energy

Responsibility
Assist the General Manager/ Marketing Manager in marketing activities:
•Other tasks assigned by the General Manager and Line Manager.
• Make ideas on the line- up and promotion plans for the new line- up...
• Prepare packaging for the products
• Maintain regular contact with Clients/Distributors/ suppliers by exchanging information through telephone, fax, e- mail, customer visits and by following up to ensure problems or claims are solved/ corrected promptly;
• Coordinate with sales team to hold seminars, and customer events for distributors...
• Conduct research and analyze data to contribute ideas to marketing campaigns;
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns;
• Plan budget; prepare and implement promotion and advertising activities;
• Keep Management reported by identifying strengths and weaknesses of processes and recommend changes;
• Prepare marketing and sales support plan to clients and distributors;

- Monthly Salary: Negotiable

- Working location: Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam

Requirements

・Gender: Any
・Language: English- Business level (Able to read, and analyze general business documents and to write business correspondence and procedure manuals in Vietnamese and English.)
・Age: 27~34 years old
・ Experienced and excellent in MS Office specifically MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree
・Experience: Over 3 years experience in the position of marketing of visible products;

- Experienced and excellent in MS Office specifically MS Excel, Power Point.
- Able to handle multi- task and work independently as well as good teamwork skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills;

- Knowledge of lubricants or chemical
- Can communicate in Japanese
