107450 - Accounting Senior Staff/ Supervisor - Chuyên viên/ Giám sát Kế toán - Manufacturing

- Work Location: Long Thanh, Dong Nai

- Monthly Salary: 17M ~ 24M VND Gross

(Payable) Accounting Senior Staff (6- months Contract)
- Be in charge of Tax compliance.
- Monitor debt and pay suppliers on time
- Support to prepare internal reports as requested
- Manage daily operation of the Finance- Accounting team (booking, payment, and taxation).
- Support payment accountants with daily tasks, check documents and make bank transfers.
- Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary.

Accounting Supervisor
- Exchange with Banks to solve normal issues (check the situation of transactions, check the requirement evidence or method to do).
- Solve all arising issues related to issuing invoice, import materials such as Preparing invoice cancel/adjust minutes, returned goods, etc..
- Register Accounting entries in SAP system for monthly closing.
- Provide professional instruction and guidance on daily booking for other accountants to ensure all accounting transactions recorded in correct accounting treatments as per VAS and audit standard.
- Take responsibility in Balance confirmation with vendors for audit or follow company accounting policy.
- Cooperate with other departments in AR, AP, monthly closing.
- Give people the instruction on Payment evidence, production category, revision the mistake in SAP system.
- Check Payment request documents on Payment monthly, Prepare the Payment plan monthly.
- Prepare FCT, reports relating to government and other reports from Accounting Management’s requirements.
- Others to be assigned by the Accounting Manager to support the team and other departments when necessary.
- Support Accounting Manager in Tax activities and annual audits.

<Prefer>- Prefer candidates who have experience in manufacturing companies

(Payable) Accounting Senior Staff (6- months Contract)
- Have from 3- 8 years of experience working as a Payable Accountant with knowledge of IFRS, VAS, Vietnam tax laws, and legal compliance
- English- Intermediate Level (TOEIC 700 or more)

Accounting Supervisor
- Japanese- Intermediate Level (N3 or more)
- Have from 8- 10 years of experience working as an Accountant

- Be careful and timely at work.
- Hard- working, good teamwork, pro- active and motivation.
- Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.
- Work well under high pressure and strict deadlines;
- Proficient in MS office and solid experience with SAP;

<Necessary Skill / Experience>- Education Background: Bachelor&039;s Degree, major in Accounting, Auditing or Finance
