Position: Chief Accountant- Manufacturing

- Working location: Dong Anh district, Hanoi

- Monthly Salary: 20,000,000～30,000,000VND

Responsibility
1, Manage financial reporting operations, monthly and annual internal reports. Prepare document forms and related papers according to the provisions of Vietnamese law
8, Act as the direct focal point for managing arising operations related to the accounting consulting unit and entrusting accounting operations.
9, Review the reasonableness of costs incurred in the company to cut waste
3, Perform cost calculation and monthly cost analysis
5, General management of all operations related to tax declaration, handling tax- related issues, guiding departments to comply with tax regulations and optimising tax operations
2, Track inventory management, fixed assets, money, and assets within the company
4, Manage supplier tracking and debt payment operations, check invoicing and track receivables from customers
10, Manage and perform value- added tax refund operations.
6, Directly perform revenue and expenditure planning operations for the entire Company on a monthly and annual basis, review implementation results, and analyze related unusual issues for monthly reporting.
7, Develop a work plan, and simultaneously implement the accounting department&039;s tasks. Assign, guide work, and supervise accounting staff&039;s operations
11, Other tasks as directed by Vietnamese and Japanese superiors. Ensure the accuracy and legality of accounting books. Respond to tax inspections when they arise.

Requirements

・Language: English- Business level
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in majors related in Finance & Accounting field
・Experience:
- Having a Chief Accountant certificate
- Have at least 2 years of working experience as Chief Accountant for manufacturing companies (FDI companies are preferable)

<Preferable skill>- Can speak Japanese to communicate with headquarters in Japan
