Position:- Senior Design Engineer- Construction

- Working location: Dong Da district, Hanoi

- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～18,000,000VND

Responsibility
- Making CONCEPT DESIGN /BASIC DESIGN /DETAILE DESIGN
(Office / Shop / Restaurant / Clinic / Residence / Villa)
- Coordinate with the with relevant departments of design, QS & Construction team for preparation of shop- drawings submissions for approval including the related details of the civil part and the M&E parts.
- Create the document of design change and feedback sheet.
- Identify successful examples in projects, and analyze factors of defect cases.
- Checking shop drawing from sub- contractor
- Check quality of construction with design drawing (design, materials, basic quality, compliance).
- Preparation the detail shop- drawing from design drawing.
- Ensure that all shop drawing must be done with constructability to company’s standard and regulation of design in Vietnam, meet Clients expectations Prepare all related documents to present in the meeting with Client.
- Drawing while understanding materials and construction methods in interior design
- Other works assigned by Superior.

Requirements

- Experience: at least 2 years of experience in design to shop- drawing deployment of Interior works (office/house/restaurant/clinic/shop)
- Gender: Any
- Education Background: Bachelor degree in civil and/or Architectural Engineering
- Age : 25- 40
- Language Skill: English- Business level
- Skill:
+ Having good knowledge and practice of Vietnamese design standard, building code
+ High proficiency in AutoCAD / SketchUp / 3Ds MAX / Photo shop / Illustrator / Microsoft Office
+ Can work OT and stand high pressure
+ Required to be resourceful, pay attention to details and has good communication skills.
+ Experience working at a foreign- affiliated design company (working experience in Japanese Company is an advantage).
+ Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently.
