・Maintain and update online content such as the company website and social media channels
・Analyze website traffic data to identify trends and areas of high customer interest, and develop related hypotheses
・Design online inquiry channels (e.g., contact forms, document request pages) to increase inbound leads
・Collaborate with engineers and sales staff to create and publish technical white papers and past development case studies
・Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement
・Implement and manage CRM systems, and hand over qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales team

・Language: Intermediate- level English
・Experience and Skills:
- More than 3 years of B2B Marketing Experience
- Experience in managing websites or social media, creating content, running SEO or online advertising campaigns, and utilizing CRM tools.
- Ideally, experience in marketing for manufacturing, engineering, or technical service industries, where intangible products such as technology or solutions are offered.

- Content Marketing Experience
- Skilled in understanding technical topics and communicating them in an easy- to- understand way for customers.
- Ability to gather information from engineers or sales teams and turn it into clear and engaging content such as white papers, case studies, or technical blogs.

- Analytical and Hypothesis- Building Skills
- Capability to analyze web traffic using tools like Google Analytics and identify which technical areas attract customer interest.
- Able to think logically and propose “what to do next” based on data- driven insights.

- Flexibility and proactiveness to build new systems or frameworks from scratch
- Basic knowledge of technology or manufacturing fields (machinery, automation systems, electronics, etc.)
- Experience in configuring and operating CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
- Ability to create written content in English or Japanese (for internal/external documents or marketing materials)
