・New formulation, operation and improvement of internal regulations, procedures, reports, etc. to comply with Vietnamese laws and the Group&039;s internal control standards
・Tasks assigned to superiors
・Planning and execution of internal audits
・Creation and implementation of compliance training materials

Requirements

・Age: 30- 40 years old
・Language: English conversational level
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor and above (majoring in economics, finance, accounting, business administration, or auditing)
・Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in risk management, internal control, regulation creation, or in an management department of a manufacturing company.

- Experience in a Japanese company
- Have Japanese skills (JLPT N3)

<Preferable Personality>Detail oriented, logical thinking, open to challenges, high spirit to resolve matters, aiming for management and governance position.
