- Work Location: Phu My Town, Ba Ria- Vung Tau

- Coordinate annual audit with external audit.
- Budgeting and forecast prospects for the Fiscal Year.
- Reciprocate with Tax authorities in Tax audit, consults BOD on minimizing the risks of Tax penalty and Tax re- arrear.
- Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and reconcile cash management, accounts receivable and accounts payable, general ledger accounts.
- Other tasks assigned by BOD.
- Ensure timely financial and internal reporting to BOD and Headquarter under.
- Develop and mentor staff, monitors job performance and offers feedback and assistance when needed
- Work closely with the Other Sessions and other teams in financial and budgetary matters in order to maintain financial oversight of the Company effectively.
- Responsible for the coordination, completion, and timely filing and submission of reports to local authorities such as Tax Department, Financial Department, Central Bank to comply regulations.
- Ensure smoothly operation of accounting session: Purchasing, sales, export, revenues, expenses, Fixed assets, AR, AP, salary, tax.
- Monitor cash flow and ensures adequate monetary funding for the smooth operation of company.
- Responsible for the completion and coordination of internal and external financial reporting including management reporting, cost reporting, audits & reviews of financial statements, and tax reporting for the FA session as well as for the whole company.
- Perform month- and year- end close processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS and Vietnamese GAP (VAS).

・Education:
+ Bachelor&039;s Degree or higher. Major in Accounting, Auditing, Finance.
+ Chief Accountant certificate is compulsory.
・Experience: At least 3 years as a Chief Accountant or equivalent position in manufacturing company.
・Language: English- Business Level
・Knowledge Requirement:
+ Knowledge of ERP and improving System.
+ Knowledge of EPE management.
+ Strong knowledge of VAS, IFRS, Tax legislations and transfer pricing.
