Position: Mechanical Engineer/ Site Supervisor (HP)- Construction

- Working location: quận Ngô Quyền, Hải Phòng

- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～21,000,000VND

Responsibility

・Support Site manager and Site Supervisor
・ Prepare reports on material estimates and progress of supplies and equipment in the project.
・ Prepare budget estimates for small and medium- sized construction projects
・Prepare phase acceptance documents, settlement documents, and completion documents.
・ Read drawings, and analyze detailed construction volumes for each item.
・ Manage progress/ completion date
・Handle construction management (safety, quality, progress) and estimating and design
・Have understanding of construction standards, fire prevention standards, and mechanical equipment standards
・Design, draw Shop drawings, and deploy mechanical construction drawing board.
・ Responsible for technical handling and project quality.

Requirements

・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering
・Age: 27- 40 years old
・Language: English- Intermediate Level
・Gender: Any
・Experience:
+ For Site Supervisor: have at least 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer at construction sites
+ For Mechanical Engineer: have at least 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer at construction sites
- Have good computer knowledge and use, especially good at AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, etc.
- Able to work at the project site.
- Able to report, communicate, and consult with others.

・Can work long- term for the company
・Training, directing subordinates, engineers
・Experience working for a Japanese company
・High interpersonal communication skills
・Willing to learn and can work under pressure
