*Frequent business trips to the HCMC
*Report to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors on work progress and plans on a monthly basis.
- Have in- depth knowledge of the company’s products and stay informed about competitors’ offerings.
- Coordinate with the Production/Technical department to ensure from sample making to order quality.
- Prepare quotations and bidding online/offline as proposals based on approved pricing according to customer requests.
- Maintain existing business relationships while establishing new connections with potential corporate clients. (Prefer proven experience in the B2B market with an existing customer database)
- Receive and address customer complaints related to orders.
- Develop and implement strategic planning, preparation, and execution of uniform bidding processes for tenders organized by banks and government agencies.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and seek potential new clients in the premium corporate uniform sector.
- Propose new strategies and plans to enhance work efficiency and drive business growth.
- Directly execute and monitor contract performance and handle any issues that arise.
- Carry out assigned tasks as per the department head’s plan.
- Draft contracts after reaching a basic agreement with clients and facilitate the necessary procedures between the client and the company for signing.

・3+ years of experience as a ToB sales manager (sales strategy, execution, management)
・Foreign language: English, Intermediate level
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree
・Age: 25- 40 years old
・Gender: Any
・Have at least 2 years of experience in any of the following:
- Sales experience targeting the financial industry and government- related organizations
- Sales experience requiring participation in tendering, bidding processes
- Experience in the fashion retail industry
- Experience in the apparel and garment manufacturing industry
- Experience at textile and clothing manufacturers or trading companies
- Preference for candidates with experience working in large- scale companies specializing in high- end apparel and uniforms.
- Preferred in certain knowledge about fabrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Bachelor&039;s degree or higher, preferably in fields such as Apparel, Fashion, Business, or Trade.
- English business level
- Willingness to travel for business based on company plans.
- Strong communication skills, no speech impediments or heavy regional accents.
- Proactive, honest, and highly responsible, with a desire for long- term commitment to the company.
- Serious, independent, creative, and able to work under high pressure.
- Eager to learn, self- motivated, and passionate about apparel and sales.
- Excellent consultation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to understand customer psychology and handle situations flexibly.
