Wedding Sales Strategy & Revenue Execution
Hit Performance Targets: Monitor key sales metrics, pipeline data, and booking paces to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
Market Opportunity: Proactively identify new market trends, bridal network opportunities, and partnerships (e.g., wedding planners, vendors) to expand the business footprint.
Drive & Implement Strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to actively capture and secure high- value weddings, receptions, and social celebrations.
Client Relationship & Reservation Management
Seamless Reservation Journey: Act as the primary point of contact, managing the entire booking process, contract negotiations, venue tours, and calendar reservations.
The Ultimate Host: Build and nurture strong, trust- based relationships with couples, families, and wedding planners from the initial inquiry to the big day.
Guest Satisfaction: Deliver an exceptional, high- touch client experience to ensure glowing reviews, referrals, and repeat social business.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
Strategic Adjustment: Leverage booking data, seasonal trends, and client feedback to optimize pricing strategies and maximize venue yield.
Data- Driven Insights: Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reservation reports, and conversion metrics directly to the Head of Business Development.
Wedding Coordination & Operations Liaison
Vision Execution: Assist in the conceptual planning of weddings, translating the client’s vision into detailed event orders (BEOs).
Cross- Department Synergy: Coordinate closely with Banquets, F&B, Culinary, and Operations teams to ensure flawless, seamless execution on the day of the event.

• Bilingual edge: English + proficiency in Korean is highly preferred to capture the target market.
• High emotional intelligence, sharp organizational skills, and a healthy sense of humor to handle wedding- season madness.
• Elite communication and negotiation skills (you can charm anyone and close any contract).
• 5 years in event/wedding sales or high- end hospitality reservations (in which 2 year leader)
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays (because love doesn&039;t just happen 9- to- 5).
