Position: Chinese speaking- Sales Assistant- Trading | Nhân viên hỗ trợ kinh doanh tiếng Trung- Thương mại

- Monthly Salary: 20,000,000～25,800,000VND

- Working location: Ba Dinh district, Ha Noi

Responsibility
- Get forecasts from molders on time and report to the Manager.
- Arrange delivery following payment before delivery based on GM confirmation
- Input SAP correctly
- Daily conversation with customers to adjust delivery timing and quantity and exchange information
- Arrange delivery based on customer PO based on GM confirmation
- Train and supervise the young staff to maximize the team performance.
- Make report of payment of agent commission to HQ and input into SAP.
- Report all the claims or any customer- related information to the Manager and General Manager.
- Get support from the administration to proceed with business by following internal rules.
- Other necessary duties assigned by the General Manager
- Input logistics expense.
- Get forecasts from customers and arrange delivery on time based on customer requests.

Requirements

・Age: 25- 35
・Language: Chinese- Business Level (equivalent HSK5 or HSK6) & English Conversational Level (For Internal Communication)
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree
・Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Assistant/Delivery job in any industry
・Other:
- Strong communication, and negotiation skills
- Good skills in Microsoft Offices, especially Excel.
- Team player who can also strategize, act, and execute independently

・Good at English skill
・Experience in the plastic industry
・Good to have experience in a Japanese company; experience using delivery systems like SAP
