Responsibility
● Strategic Leadership:
○ Identify new market opportunities and drive growth, leveraging data- driven marketing solutions.
○ Develop partnerships with agencies, brands, and digital media platforms to grow the business in Vietnam.
○ Formulate and execute business strategies tailored to the AdTech industry, ensuring Vietnam Company’s leadership in programmatic advertising.
● Operational Oversight:
○ Implement processes to optimize sales performance, customer service, and product adoption.
○ Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
○ Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of digital advertising solutions and client satisfaction.
● Sales & Business Development:
○ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics in the AdTech ecosystem.
○ Set ambitious revenue goals and oversee the development of new products/services to capture market share.
○ Drive business growth by leading sales and account management efforts, identifying key prospects, and fostering long- term partnerships with brands and agencies.
● Financial & P&L Management:
○ Manage the P&L, ensuring Vietnam Company meets its financial targets.
○ Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
● Team Leadership & Development:
○ Attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring the team is aligned with business objectives and equipped to drive growth.
○ Build and lead a high- performing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
● Client & Stakeholder Management:
○ Cultivate relationships with decision- makers in the AdTech industry and ensure strong communication with global leadership.
○ Serve as the face of Vietnam Company, representing the company to key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and media agencies.
