Responsibility
Main work tasks:
・Design the equipment specifications to evaluate the performance and durability of the newly developed components manufactured by the company, and issue production instructions to the maintenance team.
・Procure equipment for performance evaluation, you will prepare specifications to explain to equipment vendors, manage schedules, manage costs, and check performance at the time of equipment start- up until the equipment installation is completed.
・Discuss the content of the performance evaluation test with the technical team, plan the test schedule, and coordinate with other teams and technical teams to ensure that the evaluation proceeds according to the schedule.
・Design the jigs necessary for performance evaluation, place orders with the suppliers, or ask the maintenance team to manufacture them.
Work tasks during training in Japan (2 years training after 2- 4 months of on boarding in Vietnam)
You will experience the evaluation work of the entire forklift as follows and learn the necessary way of thinking for a test evaluation engineer.
・Actual vehicle durability and strength test
Dynamic test: A strain gauge is attached to the high- stress part of the frame, and the stress is evaluated by driving on a MIL course. Rainflow analysis from the data and curve are used to determine the lifetime.
・Overhead guard (OHG) strength test: The test load is free- dropped from the top surface of the OHG to check the amount of crack damage and deformation. Testing based on ISO6055.
Various performance tests: Measure weight, center of gravity, maximum speed, traction force, braking force, climbing speed, lift/tilt speed, turning radius, stability, noise, fuel consumption, intake and exhaust, etc.

・Component parts test: Mast bench durability test: Mast lifting and lowering are carried out in a prescribed cycle to check for damage and oil leakage of each part.
