WMS Implementation
- Lead or support the implementation of new WMS software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design WMS solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Customize and configure WMS to meet specific operational needs.
System Maintenance and Upgrades
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal WMS performance.
- Stay updated on patches and new versions, and coordinate system upgrades as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any WMS- related issues, working closely with IT and support teams.
User Training and Support
- Serve as a point of contact for WMS- related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective support.
- Provide training to warehouse staff on WMS functionalities, ensuring they can effectively use the system.
Data Management
- Generate reports and insights to support decision- making.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of data within the WMS.
Process Optimization
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement using WMS.
- Implement changes and upgrades to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and increase efficiency.
Integration and Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure end- to- end process continuity.
- Work closely with IT teams to integrate WMS with other business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
Compliance and Security
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive data within the system.
- Ensure WMS compliance with industry regulations and standards.

・Language: English- Business Level
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
・Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands- on experience working with logistics systems- WMS and a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
・Technical Skills:
- In- depth knowledge of WMS configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for order management and related database systems.
・Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>・Preference will be given to candidates with experience in third- party logistics (3PL) environments.
