- Work Location: Phu Nhuan District, HCMC

・You will start by managing one team, and then you may be asked to manage multiple teams, contributing directly to coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
・Contribute to the development of our software products by combining your technical expertise and team leadership skills.
* Communication between teams will be a mix of Japanese and English.

・Training of development organization members through 1- on- 1, evaluation feedback, etc.
・Raise other issues and plan and execute measures to maximize the value of the engineering organization.
・Hands- on development, actively participate in the development and maintenance of software products, ensuring code quality through code reviews, pair programming, and contributing to the codebase.
・Organizational design with an eye on business and product scale.
・Spread our Tech culture.
・Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design, architect, and implement scalable software solutions that align with business goals.
・Promote engineering recruitment and external PR activities.

*Examples of anticipated tasks (not limited to)・Example 1: The role is expected to manage a team and use technical expertise to guide the team to appropriate technical decisions. In this work style, there will be few opportunities for actual hands- on coding. Nevertheless, we expect you to have the comprehensive technical capabilities to acquire such practical skills, as they are the foundation for all technical work. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the product by conducting at least some reviews.

・Example 2: The role is expected to not only manage a team but also commit to development actively at the development site. In this work style, there will be many opportunities for actual hands- on coding. You build trust in your team and stakeholders and climb to higher layers by actually delivering results in development. You will be responsible for product delivery with unified implementation, review and deployment.

Track record of being an Engineering Manager for product teams to drive the desired result from complex requirements.
・More than 5 years of experience as a development team manager with leadership and results generation.
・Experience with technology verification, requirements analysis, architecture design, and infrastructure construction for development teams or multiple projects.
・More than 7 years of experience developing and operating products as a software engineer with hands- on coding, with the ability to develop, contribute to, and review complex codebases.
・Fluent business communication skills in English.
Ability to balance technical and managerial responsibilities effectively, ensuring both personal and team productivity.
・Experience in driving Scrum and Agile development processes.

・Business level Japanese proficiency
・Management experience in a multinational organization
・Management experience in a fast- growing organization
・Experience as a manager in a multi- team development organization where you have demonstrated leadership and delivered results
