Responsibility
Product Development
(1) Work with designers and planning teams to understand trends and market conditions and reflect them in product development.
(4) Manage usable materials and manage delivery dates for mass production
(2) Develop and procure materials to match the plans
(3) Collect material information and confirm the quality and characteristics of materials for mass production
Quality Control
(4) Identify the cause of quality defects, plan countermeasures, and check improvement progress
(1) Plan preventive measures for fabric and sewing quality problems during the product development stage
(2) Check the quality of mass- produced products (continue to check the appropriate quality from pre- production to the end of production)
(5) Report the above to the production department at the head office (Tokyo) and make business trips in conjunction with this.
(3) Visit factories, request improvements, and check progress
Others: Procurement of environmentally friendly materials and regional expansion
(2) Proposal of products necessary for daily life in the ASEAN region
(3) Gathering information on product development tailored to the lifestyles of ASEAN countries
(1) Procurement of environmentally friendly materials (natural fibers, recycled materials, etc.) available in ASEAN countries, especially Vietnam

Requirements

・Gender: Any
・Languages: Japanese and English- Business Level
・Age: 27 ~ 45
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree
・Experience:
Have the following experience
- Have basic skills and experience in procuring new materials and new factories, and managing mass- produced production
- Experience in material development for clothing and miscellaneous goods, and planning and development of new products
- Experience and knowledge in clothing production/quality control or planning and development
・Other:
- Able to work long- term
- Basic PC skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Able to work with team members and organizations to solve problems while coordinating and negotiating with the head office and other companies&039; bases

<Preferable Skill / Experience>- Experience working in a Japanese company is preferred
