120764 - Chief Accountant - Restaurant

- Work Location: District 01, HCMC

・Collaborate with other departments to collect and verify the sufficiency and legality of all invoices and accounting documents to comply with government regulations.
・Review and manage all reports submitted to the tax department, including VAT, CIT, PIT, financial reports, etc.
・Report to the Board of Directors on the company&039;s cash flow, payment lists, and earnings reports on the company&039;s financial activities.
・Create and prepare documents for company payments and invoices through accounting books
・Accurate and timely completion of accounting documents. Complete all documents in accordance with government and company regulations
・Follow up and operate fixed assets, check and maintain monthly inventory
・Negotiates with relevant companies on issues related to purchase orders, PR, VAT invoices, payment arrangements, etc.
・Manage and supervise all report preparation, checking, and submission related to daily operations.
・Audit coordination: Cooperation with external auditors during financial audits. Address audit findings and implement necessary improvements.
・Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable liabilities
・Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to safeguard the company&039;s assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
・Manage all reservations using high- speed accounting software (outsourcing accounting service)
・Comply with Vietnamese accounting laws and effectively manage working capital

・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree, major in finance, accounting, or a related field
・Language: English or Japanese, Intermediate Level
・Experience:
- Ability to work independently in teams and under high pressure.
- Able to handle office informatics and accounting software such as MS Office
- Familiar with relevant current regulations.
- Have experience working in a Japanese company.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Have an interest in the restaurant business.
- More than 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant.
- Honest, spontaneous, prudent, and highly responsible
