121395 - Antenna Engineer - Steel Plants

- Work Location: Site Office in Quang Ngai

- Lead Generation/ Prospecting:
+ Update customers on product/process improvements.
+ Plan a visit to selected customers and understand their requirements for local and imported products, spares & services, revamp & modernization, and new projects. An active approach with Customers determine the main issues of each plant during operation and maintenance.
+ Communicate and collaborate with KAM and/or Regional Sales for each product;
+ Monthly follow- up with customers on the list of topics and solutions.

- Initial Scoping/ Qualification:
+ Support to CoE/CoC for further information from the site, documentation, and meeting with the customer.
+ Build a strong relationship with technicians and the head of the technical department.
+ Listen and collect information about production, quality, and maintenance issues.
+ Organize specific meetings with the customer and the company specialist where necessary. Promote Site survey and assessment.
+ Record of all requests using dedicated tools.

- Key Account Management and Customer Relations: Conduct periodic visits to the site to build relationships, coordinate with the Local KAM, and the Regional Sales Manager for the right approach.

・Language: English- Business Level
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in Engineering (Metals field is preferable)
・Experience: From 8- 15 years of experience in maintenance in Steel industry plants, and experience preferably in erection/ supervision and commissioning of equipment from the steel industry
・Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attitude for sales and services support
• Presentation skills on technical topics
• Travelling to visit customers as per business requirements.
• Ability to work independently and be a self- starter, hungry for success.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Work under pressure, problem- solving capability
• Good at Microsoft Office tools.
