- Work Location: HCMC and Long An

Accounting Management:
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records, financial statements, and related documents.
• Authorization and signing of required documents such as financial statements, accounting records, payment evidence, and so on.
• Establish and maintain effective internal control procedures to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Oversee and manage all activities of the accounting department, including general accounting, cost accounting, tax accounting, and other accounting areas.

Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to regulations.
• Develop budget plans and monitor budget implementation.
• Analyze and evaluate the company&039;s financial situation, providing recommendations for improvement.

Tax Management:
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax reports on time.
• Work with tax authorities when necessary.
• Update changes in tax laws and related regulations.

Cash Flow Management:
• Monitor and manage the company&039;s cash flow, ensuring liquidity.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Develop cash flow plans and forecasts.

Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and develop the accounting team.
• Create a positive and professional working environment.
• Assign tasks and evaluate employee performance.

・Education: Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
・Language: English- Business Level (Proficiency in English is required for handling daily tasks and preparing reports)
・Experience:
- In- depth knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
- Strong management, leadership, financial analysis, and communication skills.
- In- depth knowledge of PIT, CIT, VAT, FCT, and related legal regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Must have Chief Accountant certificate
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Chief Accountant, preferably with experience in a manufacturing company.

・CPA, ACCA preferred
・Candidates who live within 30 minutes by motorbike to Ben Luc (Long An), or within 15 minutes to pickup points on Nguyen Van Linh street are preferred.
・Ability to communicate in Japanese with the BOD (an advantage but not mandatory).
