The candidate will propose character goods (mainly figures) partnered with clients&039; brand promotion to manufacturers and retailers, and acquire projects partnered with clients&039; brand promotion. The workflow is to propose goods that can be manufactured in- house and sales strategies to CL → propose goods that meet customer needs → support sales and promotion. First of all, the position will focus on developing new customers in order to acquire projects. After that, the position will aim to support sales and promotion and become a manager.

- OEM Sales
+ Figure out an efficient sales method and share it with the team
+ Manage own existing account
+ Regularly approach new accounts and give a proposal (Main, There are a lot of telemarketers)
+ Regular follow- up with Ho- Ren- So with other departments (there will be PIC of the same accounts)
+ Regular discussion with the Production team, especially Sample development & actual production

- Retail store expansion
+ Direct sales / Sales through TeenBox
+ Support New Business development (if any)
+ Call for cooperation with other L’sees to make the Character item corner
+ Regularly approach new accounts and give a proposal (Main, There are a lot of telemarketers)
+ Regularly have meetings with the Distributor to discuss distribution strategy & sales

・Language: English Business level
・Motivation to develop new customers (Can run independently)
・Logical proposals are possible
・Experienced high- pressure Sales target (Please include anecdotes in your CV)
・Experience: More than 3 years of B2B sales in a manufacturing or trading company, or product development/ sales strategy planning in a manufacturer.
・Understand the manufacturing process and OEM

- License business
・Japanese skill
