This position will expand the company&039;s sales in the Central Region of Vietnam. The candidates will work to grow our business in one of the above areas and will be in close communication with the General Director of Vietnam to discuss and execute sales strategies for business enhancement
Direct Sales:
・ Support and maintain positive customer and business partner relationships and develop strong relationships with key accounts
・ Demonstrate competency in the company and competitive product knowledge
・ Provide product, sales, and marketing support to distributors
・Develop new business prospects (hospitals, labs, clinics, etc) in specific geographic areas through prospect visits, cold calls, and all other applicable methods
・ Meet sales goals and quotas assigned by the management
・Address customer questions and concerns expeditiously and professionally
Distributor Sales Support:
・ Organize appointments and meetings routinely to cultivate positive distributor and customer rapport
・ Identify potential of new business opportunities
・ Act as the first point of contact for all business- related tasks related to the distributor business
・ Assist in negotiating the conditions for placing the company&039;s products on market
・ Establish relationships and/or collaborations with established- and newly appointed distributors as well as with existing and/or prospect customers (including customer decision makers and those with influence)
・ Assist in the development, renewing and (re- ) negotiation of new and current distribution contracts/agreements
・ Attend and co- organize trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
・ Actively follow tender publications and assist in the analysing of technical and economical requests as well as in the formulation of winning tender strategies
Others:
・ Responsible for timely, accurate completion of administrative tasks, such as weekly reports, expense reports, etc
・ Perform duties assigned or accepted as out of the guidelines
・ Create sales proposals and discuss them with the General Manager
・ Provide company&039;s management with market trends and competitive field activity information, enabling the company to support territory strategies/tactics and react quickly to competitive actions
