The purpose of this position is:
- To assist the General Director in managing and supporting the current Clients and look for new business opportunities for Japanese and Japanese Clients.
- To be in charge of contracts with Clients and cooperate with the internal relevant Departments to process the necessary documents for Projects.
Business Development/ Marketing
• Assisting the General Director in strengthening existing Clients ‘relations.
• Support Projects to resolve any issues with clients during the Project’s implementation.
• Monitoring day- to- day Marketing & Business Promotion activities of the Co.
• Cooperation with JP HQ and Asia Region to approach potential clients.
Contract
• Working with related parties for Project Insurances and other relevant matters.
• Working with Internal to process the Contract.
• Negotiating and approaching Quotation to Clients.
• Working with Internal to follow up Project’s progress and implement the necessary documents supporting payment.

・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in Business Administration/ Law/ Construction or related field
・Language: English- Business Level
・Experience: Around 5 years’ experience in Business Development/ Marketing, or Contract in the Construction field.
・Abilities/Skills Requirements:
Communication and Problem Solving
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess knowledge and skills in negotiation with external agencies.
Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
High Integrity and Ethics.
Can assimilate information from a variety of sources to reach a logical conclusion.
Being able to communicate effectively in English and Japanese is advantageous.
Self- motivated, proactive by nature with a positive attitude.
