Sales Strategy & Business Growth
Establish sales targets, develop action plans, and monitor performance against business goals.
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to drive strategic sales initiatives.
Identify new market opportunities, target customers, and growth areas to expand the business.
Business Development & Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and business partners.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry developments.
Lead the acquisition of new customers, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management
Foster a collaborative, results- driven, and customer- focused sales culture.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure continuous team development.
Recruit, develop, and lead a high- performing sales team.
Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans when necessary.
Customer Relationship Management
Understand customer needs and challenges, providing effective solutions and value- added services.
Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and relationship- building activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross- selling initiatives.
Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting
Provide insights, recommendations, and action plans to improve sales effectiveness and business performance.
Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, including revenue, market share, customer acquisition, and profitability.
Drive continuous improvement through data- driven decision- making.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews for senior management.
Commercial Management & Contract Negotiation
Support long- term business sustainability through effective contract and revenue management.
Ensure compliance with company pricing policies, approval processes, and commercial guidelines.
Develop pricing strategies and commercial proposals based on market conditions, competitive positioning, and cost considerations.
Lead commercial negotiations and secure profitable business agreements with customers.
Yêu cầu công việc
Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Additional languages may be advantageous.
Strong knowledge of the Product’s services, industry trends, and market dynamics.
2- 10 years of experience in Product sales, business development, or a similar leadership role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
