Management:
Manage the Sales, Marketing, and Communication departments for the new real estate apartment project.
Sales & Business Development Duties:
1. Sales Management and Implementation:
Evaluate and adjust plans to align with the actual situation, market conditions, and set objectives.
Manage and organize business activities related to linking/cooperating with distribution units (agencies).
Participate in building and strategic planning, execution planning, and training for the Sales team.
Manage and organize activities related to product management and sales operations.
Research and plan market and competitor analysis to propose appropriate sales strategies to the Company Leadership based on actual market conditions.
Operate the sales showroom/gallery.
Develop budgets and work plans for the relevant departments regarding product pricing costs, sales policies, and promotional programs for the project.
2. Pre- and Post- Sales Customer Search and Care:
Search for and develop potential customers to serve the Project&039;s business operations.
Manage data, monitor, care for, and update customer information via email, phone, or direct meeting. Handle customer feedback and complaints.
Consolidate and develop cooperative relationships with potential and loyal customers.
Collect feedback from customers and propose possible changes or improvements.
Sales Marketing – Communication Duties:
Implement plans and organize PR, Marketing programs, and activities under the direction of the Leadership team.
Develop online & offline communication plans suitable for each sales phase of the project.
Develop and produce tools to support sales operations, such as (3D images, brochures, leaflets, project scale models (sa bàn), virtual scale models, etc.).
Research, plan, and execute the development of strategies and plans related to Marketing and Communication for the brand and the project.
Develop, manage, and plan the Marketing and Communication budget suitable for the project&039;s sales strategy.
Work with contractors/vendors to ensure that communication plans supporting sales are implemented effectively.
Evaluate and adjust Marketing and Communication operational plans to align with the actual situation, market conditions, and set objectives.
Reporting:
Report work to the leadership levels on a daily basis. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on the project&039;s activities.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with other departments within the project during the preparation and execution of sales, marketing, and communication tasks for the project.
