Key Responsibilities and Duties
Office Management
● Supervise office support staff
● Oversee office renovation projects and subsequent maintenance
● Manage and maintain the office premises, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional working environment
● Organize internal meetings, events, and staff welfare activities
● Oversee office supplies inventory and reordering (stationery, pantry items, etc.)
Compliance and Documentation● Ensure all corporate processes (ERC, IRC, Visa, Work Permit, TRC, Fire Safety, etc) are compliant with requirements from the Vietnam Government and third- party service providers.
Cross- Functional Support
● Handle expatriate support services, such as housing arrangements and schooling for expat children.
● Analyze and improve the efficiency of Admin processes (e.g., purchasing process, record management, facility management, asset tracking, etc).
Yêu cầu công việc
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
・Language: English- Business Level (both written and verbal)
・Experience:
● 5+ years of experience in a back- office function (HR, Admin, or Operations).
● Experience working with the Vietnam Government
・Technical & Soft Skills: Can multitask and is good at time management, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
・Japanese communication skills
