1.SENIOR UV CHEMIST II (R&D)

Responsible for the life of the machines used at work, by proper handling & maintenances of the machines.
Learns problem- solving/ decision making skills.
Maintenance of safe operating procedures through complete knowledge of safety rules and lab procedures.
Begins understanding processes of product development processing, research, testing by which results are produced. Learns to produce dependable data and pursue quality in products/ processes.
Working with raw material suppliers & purchasing team for the evaluation of new raw materials for cost saving and / OR product quality improvement purposes.
Develops basic technical, company and industry knowledge.
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with those in line of work.
Should be able to adapt to the changes in the organization.
Support all UV business by timely and accurate execution of product formulations and testing.
Other tasks assigned by Superior.
Resolution of problems relating to products and processed accomplished in a timely manner.
Be instrumental in cost saving projects without losing the quality of the end products.
Proper understanding of usage of UV application equipment, testing equipment, and other related accessories.
Responsible for 5S – Housekeeping related at work area.
Timely and accurate execution of product testing on production material.
Learns to manage own work through planning execution, analysis, and documentation of results.

University graduation in chemistry/ Polymer engineering/ Organic chemistry.
Good communication in Chinese

* Knowledge & Experience

At least 03 years work experience in Chemist

(Preferred having degree related to Polymer / chemical with knowledge about Solvent Borne coating )
