Analyze requirements, make options and develop technical solutions for the project.
Work closely with PM to monitor project status, risks and action plans.
Manage and participate directly in the technical issues of the project.
Review source code, guide, train technical skills and solve technical problems for Team members.
Anticipate, manage, and address technical risks, dependencies, and fear issues that could impact Team projects.

Strategic technical planning and execution skills
English communication.
Advanced problem- solving and decision- making abilities.- Knowledge of agile development practices.
Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
In- depth knowledge of front- end frameworks (VueJS)
Extensive experience in technical project leadership
At least 5+ years of software development experience
Understanding of project management methodologies
