We unleash potential. Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program is an important pipeline to unleash that potential- developing future leaders to ensure our business is ready to meet the moment. Since inception, our GMT program has resulted in over 2,300 hires globally – many leaving a lasting legacy – and we are excited to continue developing top talent that will enable us to achieve our purpose of creating a future with more cheers.

OUR GMT PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Our GMT program is rooted in our culture and company strategy. We achieve this by putting the trainees through an structured experiences related to each of our three strategic pillars – (1) Lead and Grow the Category, (2) Digitize and Monetize Our Ecosystem, and (3) Optimize our Business. Experiences should not be limited to but include exposure opportunities in our Sales, Supply/Logistics and Marketing functions. Trainees should be fully mobile within BU SEA and expect to be placed in a front line (e.g., sales, supply chain) role after completing the program.
Projects within these rotations that expand knowledge and work on actual business challenges in each of these core functions.

3- 4 month rotations, with each experience aligned to our three strategic pillars. Ideally in Marketing, Sales or Tech, and Supply / Logistics.
Potential for experiences in different locations across zone (mobility within zone required).
Upon successful completion of the 12- month rotational program, you will take on an entry- level management position in any function depending on your profile, interest and results. You will also receive a mentor from the executive team when you start in your first position.
