3D Design Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Able to lead big scale projects with minimum supervision
Lead junior designers and oversee their design and quality of works.
Promote and Facilitate effective communication relating to the workflow, between Art directors, designer, Production management and the crew.
Provide leadership and support for the project’s 3D crew, both creatively and technically, and ensure they partner effectively with Production Management and ensure they deliver on their goals.
Quality checks on site with strong technical knowledge
Work alongside the Art Director to achieve the required ‘Look’ for the project and ensure the work can facilitate the look efficiently.
Project manage the production from a 3D perspective
Clearly and concisely communicate the project’s 3D procedures and workflows to the other team members
Develop and execute ideas from conceptualization to production stage.
REQUIREMENTS BACKGROUND:
Understanding of multimedia technology and process of researching latest trends
Technical knowledge of productions
Minimum 5- 7 years of relevant experience
Skills sets such as space planning, concept generating including freehand 3D sketches
Good communication and presentation skills
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: Strong leadership skills; Team player; Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail; Task Driven; Self- motivated; Proactive; Open to direction.
Hardworking, positive thinking, patient
Well versed in 3D Studio MAX and Photoshop
Degree/Diploma holder in Museum/Exhibition Design, Interior Design or related fields
