3D Designer

A 3D Designer&039;s primary responsibility is to create 3D models and renderings of furniture designs by the requirements of the Research and Development department. To support the R&D team in making realistic 3D renderings, surfaces, materials, and textures should be as realistic and high quality as possible. The 3D Designer needs to work with the photographer to set up studio or factory field lighting, take photos with DSLR cameras, and edit the images using Photoshop software.

Communicate with the R&D and Communication team for new product images.
Create photo- realistic cinematic animation videos.
Design and create photo- realistic renderings of the 3D models.
Create 3D models, textures, and materials for furniture and home décor.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of the 3D models and renderings
Needs to be able to understand and convert concepts into high- quality 3D visualizations.
Continuous communication with the product development engineer about sample status as well as work with the R&D team on 3D standards and requirements.
Update existing 3D models and renderings as needed.
Use Photoshop software to edit photos when required.
Work closely with the design team to ensure that the 3D models and renderings meet the required standards.

Education

Major in 3D or industrial design.
College and above

Experience, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent communication and problem- solving skills
Good attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
At least 3 years of experience in 3D visualization & 3D Interior Design
Effective time management and problem- solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Expertise in 3D modeling software, such as 3DS Max, Maya, or Blender
