3D Designer

We are looking for a talented 3D designer who have 2D knowledge also to join our fast- paced Client Service team. You will be working with senior members of the team and client also; working across multiple areas of the brands, including printing, POSM, promo item, retail activation, events and shows.
What we are looking for
RESPONSIBILITY:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast- paced team environment.

• Keeping clients up to date, listening to and acting on feedback, and explaining the rationale behind graphic design decisions.
• Have a strategic thinker who can problem solve as well as being highly organized with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers&039; needs.
• Cooperate and support Account Manager/ Project manager to determine client requirements, timescale and budget.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality and consistency.
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
• Managing client proposals from typesetting through to graphic design, print and production.
• Keeping up to date with design and software trends.
• Have a good understanding and working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop, Sketchup.
• Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
• Significant experience in a similar role working within a design agency or in- house at a brand from a similar sector.
• Liaising with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.

POSSESS KNOWLEDGE OR QUALITIES OF THE FOLLOWING:
• Strong organizational, communication and documentation skills are required for this position.
• Meticulous eye for detail
• Knowledge of project & time management.
• Understanding of technology and techniques serving the Event/Agency field.
• Must be experienced in Design for printing/ POSM/ event.
• Ability to pro- actively anticipate obstacles and create solutions.
• Proficient in using: AI, 3Ds Max/Sketchup, PTS, Corona, Autocad, Lumion,...
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
Degree/Diploma in Design
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Design, Advertising
• English communication skills are advantageous
• Relevant experience to print, POSM, events management
• Experience on Print/POSM production, material usage and deployment strongly preferred
***Working hours:
Working from Monday- Friday: from 9:00 to 18:00
- Lunch break: 12:00- 13:30
- Morning 9:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m
- Afternoon 13:30- 18:00
