3D Mold Designer

Work closely with suppliers/vendors for outsourced tooling development
Collaborate with Product Development teams on new product introduction (NPI)
Optimize tooling design to improve cycle time, reduce defects, and increase productivity
Support production teams in troubleshooting tooling- related issues on the shop floor
Plan and execute preventive maintenance for molds/tooling
Design and develop molds/tooling for components such as soles, logos, trims, metal/plastic accessories, and headwear parts
Review product designs and provide technical input to ensure tooling feasibility (DFM – Design for Manufacturing)
Analyze tooling issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and tooling BOM

Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX, or equivalent)
1- 2 years of experience in tooling/mold engineering
Ability to work cross- functionally with multiple teams
Basic English
Experience in footwear, headwear, or related industries (garment accessories, plastic, metal parts) is highly preferred
Good problem- solving and analytical skills
Strong understanding of materials (plastic, rubber, metal) and manufacturing processes (injection, compression, stamping, etc.)
