3D Supervisor (Event Agency)

Work alongside the Art Director to achieve the required ‘Look’ for the project and ensure the work can facilitate the look efficiently
Develop and execute ideas from conceptualization to production stage
Promote and Facilitate effective communication relating to the workflow, between Art directors, designer, Production management and the crew
Able to lead big scale projects with minimum supervision
Clearly and concisely communicate the project’s 3D procedures and workflows to the other team members
Lead junior designers and oversee their design and quality of works
Project manage the production from a 3D perspective
Quality checks on site with strong technical knowledge
Provide leadership and support for the project’s 3D crew, both creatively and technically, and ensure they partner effectively with Production Management and ensure they deliver on their goals.

Good communication and presentation skills
Technical knowledge of productions
Well versed in 3D Studio MAX and Photoshop
Skills sets such as space planning, concept generating including freehand 3D sketches
Degree/Diploma holder in Museum/Exhibition Design, Interior Design or related fields
Understanding of multimedia technology and process of researching latest trends
Minimum 5- 7 years of relevant experience
Hardworking, positive thinking, patient
