57245 - Production Management (Senior)

Responsibility

・Follow POs and control the whole procedure of Garment production including:
・Handling group of business partners ( over 5 partners generally ),
・Supervise & coach team members to achieve Company policy & target.
・Other tasks assigned by
regularly visiting & holding the meetings with suppliers/ partners for business discussion.
・Be responsible for Team or Division Business, reporting to Managers, Merchandiser and worldwide relevant departments.
・Follow shipments from factories to Sales countries through internal system.
・Understand and analysis factory In- house Data for QCD control.
・Quality Control through Factory visiting and checking, garment inspection and negotiate with partners complying Company manuals/ standards..
・Delivery Control through setting Deadline in system, controlling material schedule, planning production lines and production progress.
・Quality Control from Sample Stage to Bulk Shipment Stage.

- Working Time: 8:00- 17:00(Monday- Friday, Need to be flexible for business trip by bus/airplane to factory in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand every week)
- Monthly Salary: 1,200–3,000USD
- Working location: District 1, HCMC

Requirements
- Language: English business level
- Business trip by bus/airplane to factory in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand every week.
- Qualification: Bachelor degree
- At least 4 years experience in Quality Control, Production Management in Apparel/ Textile/ Garment
Preferable Requirements
- Chinese/ Japanese is advantage
- Majors related to apparel industry
- Personality: hardworking, enthusiastic, proactive
